Andrea is a founding member of Fusion Community, Inc. and has served in leadership since 2007. As a Speaker, Music Ministry Leader, and Arts Ministry Director, Andrea has spearheaded several community outreach initiatives and collaborated with nonprofits in Clark County and Internationally. She is a professional artist and entrepreneur. Her sculptures and paintings adorn Las Vegas casinos and locations worldwide. Along with her husband, Tielman Cheaney, she is part owner of Caricature Cinema, a caricature kiosk on Fremont Street that currently sponsors the location of the Free Boutique, Fusion's free clothing exchange. Her tech start-up, Rentartstuff.com, is is the 2018 techstar's Start-up Weekend winner. She hopes to shift biases about homelessness and strives to build compassionate solutions.

As Community Outreach Coordinator, Eleanor Provides others with resources and knowledge to having a healthy and productive life. She is a Behavior Specialist for individuals with Autism for 18 years. She specializes in sign language for individuals Deaf/HoH for twenty years. She has served as a substance abuse counselor for 26 years. She has served as an outreach volunteer for 33 years, coordinating food, clothing and housing. The has worked with many organizations including Clark County School District, Autism Speaks, Schoor After School Programs, Free Methodist Church, High Desert Leadership, Set Free Ministries, Los Angeles International Church, Bethel Temple, Southern California Baptist Church Planting, and Los Angeles center for the broken.

Rachel was a Special Advocate with the CASA Foundation, served as board member with Celebrate Life Christian Ministry, Las Vegas Chapter and trained as a Stephen Minister

Travis Salley grew up in Henderson, NV. He has an undergraduate degree in music from the University of Nevada-Reno and his masters from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He is an active duty Army officer and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in History at the University of Southern Mississippi in preparation for his upcoming assignment

He is an active duty Army officer and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in History at the University of Southern Mississippi in preparation for his upcoming assignment at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
In addition to his military duties, Travis has a decade of experience in finance and real estate. He has several securities licenses and manages a multi million dollar real estate portfolio.
